How do you conduct online sessions?
Online sessions are conducted using Zoom. You do not need a Zoom account to attend the sessions. Zoom enables us to connect via video conferencing so is comparable to a face to face session. You will be sent a Zoom link for the session which you simple click on when you’re ready to join the meeting. For your security Zoom is encrypted and I use the password and waiting room features.
